What are you guys up to this weekend?
I like the article and how the right images where integrated throughout. I’m also happy that my occasional Snickers bar doesn’t hurt me. 🙂 The weekend? Quarantine. 😦 I took Thursday off because I felt sick. It left, now it’s back. But I did spend more time in Barnes & Noble yesterday reading articles, taking notes..all to help me learn how to accomplish certain goals. So, with soup in hand, I’ll continue applying these nuggets to my career over the weekend. Take care.

Great article! I have been a therapist for 20 years and I’m a personal trainer and your article was filled with sound advice! I love the part of getting like minded people together! The majority of my work is done in groups because the experience is so powerful! You asked what we are doing this weekend? I work as a domestic violence therapist during the week. And my husband and I facilitate groups at a wellness studio we own in New Hampshire on the weekends.It’s small but in the middle of no where. We make fitness fun! I will continue to follow you! I’m very new to blogging and need to see how it’s done! Keep up the good work!!
