So one compromise is getting a writing job, and then, in your spare time, doing whatever other type of writing you like. That’s how I’m working right now. 🙂
Spot on. I’ve tried both. I’ve been highly paid and frustrated by my lack of time. And I’ve been broke but spent all my time writing. Sorry, that last sentence shouldn’t be in the past tense!
