I’m so excited to announce that I’m now writing the final chapter of my novel. This journey is getting tougher by the day, and I know it will become increasingly daunting when I start editing.
Thank you all for the support, you have made this journey much easier and more enjoyable.
On other news, the winner of the free copy of the magazine 5Stories is Jennifer L. Thorpe: Eye Candy Visionz. Thank you Jennifer for supporting me and I hope to hear your feedback on my story Ernest’s Awakening.

Congratulations!! Revel in this moment – many of us dream of finishing that last chapter. I can’t wait to hear about the next steps in your journey. You are inspiring me to get up in the AM and work on my own novel. 🙂
Thank you, Kimberly. Glad I could inspire you. 🙂 🙂
Hang in there … both the completion and the revisions are quite rewarding on many levels.
Finishing a novel is such a wonderful feeling. It’s also a bit nauseating, but that may have just been me. I remember hitting the period key for the last time and my hand was shaking. It felt so final. And then of course you come back to it weeks later and realize that finishing the rough draft is just the end of one phase, and there is so much more work and time to be spent with these characters and their world.
Congrats on completing phase one! Enjoy the feeling!
Thank you for your comment. I guess I will try to enjoy this short-lived pleasure. 🙂
Interesting, I just had a story idea that revolved around the principle in that quote. Small world, lol.
Congratulations on almost being finished! 😀
Good luck and thank you! 🙂 🙂
