Word of the Day

ImageMy fear of relapsing back to bad habits has lead me to choose a related, but a bit dramatized, word of the day.

Recidivism [ri-sid-uh-viz-uh m] (noun):

1. Repeated and habitual relapse, as into crime.

2. The chronic tendency to repeat criminal and antisocial behavioral patterns.

Example:

Foreseeing, and anticipating, his own recidivism made him less inclined to seek moral absolution.
